Frosting Recipe

Cake without frosting is nothing. The process is very easy and fast.You can combine with choco chips or sprinkles at the top of the cream.

Ingredients:
  • 400 grams of Icing Sugar
  • 200 grams of butter
  • Pinch of Vanilla Extract
  • Food Coloring
How To Make:
  • Mix Icing Sugar and Butter.
  • Add a pinch of vanilla extract
  • Combine with food coloring and start to mix them with mixer. Set the mixer to medium speed
  • Meanwhile, prepare the pipping bag and  fill them in.
  • Start to decorate your cakes.
For optional you can add mint or strawberry extract.

Fondant Icing Recipe

Fondant Icing is used to garnish a wedding cakes, cupcakes or other cakes. It cover the cakes and make the cakes beautiful. Usually Icing is made from glycerin, or liquid glucose. But don't worry, i have the simplest and quickest way to make fondant icing.

Ingredients:

  • 450 grams of Plain Marshmallow 
  • 900 grams of Icing Sugar/Powdered Sugar
  • 2 or 5 tablespoon of water.
  • Crisco, If you don't have it, use butter or oil.
How To Make:
  • Melt the marshmallow and water in microwave. Set the microwave for 20 or 30 second. Open, and stir.
  • Put it back to microwave, set the microwave for 30 sec and do it continuously until melted.
  • Place the icing sugar to the top of melted marshmallow and start to knead. Don't forget to grease your hand with crisco. 
  • Knead the dough until well mixed.
  • If you want to coloring the icing, add 1 teaspoon of food coloring as you pleased.
  • Start to make cute shape from the icing and place them above the cake.
  • And Let's decorating :)

Maybe it takes 1 hour to make fondant icing.

Cupcake Recipe

Ingredients:

175 grams of Sugar
175 grams of Butter
175 grams of self raising flour
3  large eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

How To Make:


  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees. prepare the paper liners.
  • Mix butter with sugar. Beat them for 2 minute.
  • Add the Vanilla extract.
  • Add the first egg, then 1 tablespoon of flour. Do it one by one
  • Add the second egg, and then add the flour again until finished.
  • Beat them thoroughly.
  • Spoon cupcake batter into paper liners till 1/2 full
  • Bake for 25 minutes until the cakes done.
  • Finished with Frosting or Icing

Cupcakes for Birthday

Hi Everyone :)
On February 18th, 2 months ago was my birthday. I was turning to 18 years old. I got a lot of present from my family and my friends. One of them is a cute cupcake. It was from my sister tya . She knew about my interest, So on that day, she gave me 4 cupcakes mickey and minnie. I love mickey and minnie. I was so surprised with her present. I just can captured 2 cupcakes, because i've already eat them. :p

Yes, That's true. Without food we can't live. Food is one of the most important things to our survival. I really love food.  i created this blog for share my experience about food, recipe, or maybe traveling and everything else about food.
